Uganda;s bird life is almost 1/3 of Africa with endemics of over 100 species, I need to get in contact with birders interested in budget travel
You should make a website. Websites can do wonders.
Either have a place on the website where you can answer questions about your tours or have an e-mail that’s just for these tours.
I am assuming that you do not want to get in contact with an already established company.
Also, list your tour on eco tourism websites and directories.
