Is it easy to sneak into a 5k obstacle race?
I want to run a 5k obstacle course for free. There are 4 obstacles and a mud pit at the end. In the rules it says there are obstacle monitors. Do you think I will get caught running this without registering? They give out bib numbers but I have old ones at home I can put on. Most of this course is on a bike trail in the woods, so it would be easy to sneak in. What would be the consequences of getting caught?

are you trying not to pay? cuz all the money is supposed to go towards charity. I thought about doing it but decided not doing it because it’s like taking advantage of the race. It’s part of the running race etiquette. If you do get caught they can ban you from future races. Given your scenario of monitors and bib numbers, i wouldn’t recommend it.
