How hard could Randy Barnes punch?
I read a story once about some russian shot putter getting mugged by some punks and he hit one of them so hard it ruptured his spleen and the guy was acquitted of manslaughter. I know those shot putters have incredible rotational power which is an important aspect in punching. So how hard do you think someone like Randy Barnes or Ulf Timmermann could hit.
Being strong does not mean you can be an effective fighter or punch hard. Strength is only a part of punching hard.
Without training a very strong person may not be an effective puncher.
That being said I am not going to volunteer to be his punching bag either.
With the money pro boxers make compared to what professional throwers make I think someone would have tried the conversion, but I have never heard of one.
I think any weight man in track could hurt any civilian.
